      Not much good to say about this company

      Cons

      Bad communication between management and employees. Overtime hours are hit and miss right now. Most employees struggle to get along with one another. And the company is more worried about esthetics in the plant rather than employees comfort and complaints

      There is absolutely no Way a Person should be Subject to the treatment that is Rewarded in this Company.

      This is The Most Voilant Work Place I have ever Experienced. People Throw Tools, Belittle fellow employees. Managers are every bit as Guilty as the Labor force.
