Pros
The position itself is great and the troopers are amazing people to work with and serve. The job itself is challenging, ever changing, and a great place to work if you do not like every day to be the same. The culture in the office is very toxic and the good ole boy mentality is alive and well in this location.
Cons
If someone makes a fake accusation against you, they will not do a proper investigation and will simply fire you based on the accusers word and not even speak with anyone else present.
