      Hours are good for family

      Terrible pay. Terrible treatment by the public. Management positions are incompetent with "good ole boys club" mentality. The treatment of us during this pandemic by the upper administration is despicable. Temporary staff gets much better pay and not expected to do much.

      The caseload it’s simple overwhelming to a no healthy point . Pay rate is low ! You get like 100 kids on your caseload. Staff quits left and right.
