      Easy dress code, do not have to maintain expensive wardrobe Parking available so don't have to search and walk Diverse workforce

      Lack of communication and oversight by managers Lack of processes, tools do perform job properly; state behind on technologies Consultants being hired at higher salaries; state employees being released Support and assistance from managers not obtained even when project status is at risk

      Helping people. It is very satisfactory when you feel that accomplishment everyday.

      There's is so much work for one person because there are three other vacancies in your department. They were working on improving on all that when I left.
