good insurance benefits, good number of paid days off each year, longevity bonus (virtually unheard-of in private job sector), private cubicles, retirement accounts that continued even after employment

Cons

terrible management that refused to adhere to stated corporate policy, discrimination, unethical practices, ineffective human resources department, vague job descriptions, much work area was dirty and very poorly maintained, poor employee parking arrangements, invalid employee evaluations (everybody gets the same no matter how hard you work or how unproductive or corrupt a worker you are)
