good hours, no weekends, easy going, understanding supervisors, you have your own office, make your own rules, you have your own privacy, you have your own caseload, if you don't like teamwork, this job is perfect, good insurance

Cons

the pay is too low compared to other companies and states, no room for advancement unless you are related to upper management, this job is not for you if you're money motivated
