Cons

No one cares that you are neglecting your family or children for a job where everyone hates you. I’ve literally been spat on and had my life threatened just by knocking on their door. Supervisors and upper management literally laugh when you request off work or try to take off when sick. Most of us try to do our best work to help children but get burned out by being forced to work 60 hours a week

Cons

Women in power can be mean and will use their power and drama to maintain control. The chain of command is considerably warped. Numbers are more important than people.
