      People treat each other with respect and are friendly. There are great opportunities for expanding knowledge and increase training. Fun to travel across the state

      Cons

      The typical government difficulty to progress through higher positions. Salaries not really based oo ability so produces among many little incentive for improvement or going the extr mile

      Bennifits and regular hours, the centralized locations are great and the extra perks at parks and downtown parking are nice

      Cons

      pay and lack of upwards mobility, people stay in place for a long time. It is hard to find a good replacement for hardworkers.
