Paid holidays, good insurance, and good pay now that the salaries were increased.

Cons

They don't give you credit for past experience and ALWAYS start you at the bottom pay. They allow favoritism, different rules for different people (inconstancy in application), and differences are negatively viewed. Their technology is severely lacking.
