      Pros

      - High agency and endless opportunity to take ownership basically anywhere - Amazing growth and sales - People are really rockstars both personally and intellectually

      Cons

      - Little definition of roles or responsibilities makes it hard for us to bring new people onboard - It's the first or second job for like 95% of the company at this point which translates to a lack of support from management and a lot of hard learnings that we could have avoided

      Tennr has a great product and is growing very quickly as a company. It's exciting to a part of a startup that is taking off, and the team is full of smart, hard-working individuals. Everyone is very committed and great to work with.

      Everyone on the team works really hard and with the rapid growth that the company is experiencing, the hours can sometimes be pretty.
