      Pros

      - High agency and endless opportunity to take ownership basically anywhere - Amazing growth and sales - People are really rockstars both personally and intellectually

      Cons

      - Little definition of roles or responsibilities makes it hard for us to bring new people onboard - It's the first or second job for like 95% of the company at this point which translates to a lack of support from management and a lot of hard learnings that we could have avoided

      Innovative, challenging, and rewarding are the words I would use for working at Tennr. The team from top to bottom are focused on transforming how healthcare is being delivered in the US. From the time you step into the office, you can feel the energy of the team with the culture of collaboration and determination to make an impact. Beautiful office, great benefits and tremendous opportunity to grow within the organization.

      Cons

      Joining Tennr, you're expected to contribute quickly as the company continues to evolve as a team and product. I would not recommend for people who would not thrive in a fast paced, continuously changing environment with highly driven team.
