      Pros

      The company learns from its mistake and it is trying to move towards the future. The level of knowledge within the company is admirable. Good health and dental insurance policy. 401k could be better.

      Cons

      Lots of things are still old school such as Not So flexible at working from home and lots of people that don't want to change.
