      Pros

      The benefits of Tensar are good and Senior Management does not micro manage. Depending upon your position you may receive exposure to a lot challenging situations.

      Cons

      The new location of Tensar is commuting challenge. The communication of Senior Management with the employees is extremely poor. Tensar has recognized that this is problem but has taken steps to resolve this issue.
