Great place to grow as a sales professional, as long as you have the drive to do so

- You get to use your engineering technical skills to influence product sales - Sales commission is very competitive - Hands-off approach from management - Good work-life balance

Cons

- Leadership from upper management is insufficient - Too many middle managers trying to influence your work - Disconnect between corporate and field

Pros

-Amazing people. Know what they are doing and where they are going. Communications isn't really an issue. -Good Compensation. -Solid Leadership.

Cons

-Improvements are a hassle to implement due to the old guard. You won't get stonewalled or dismissed if it is a legitimate and economic proposal, but actually getting it implemented is like trying to get a 5 year old to eat his vegetables.
