      Pros

      Best leader, work environment is amazing. There is a lot of balance between personal life and work. Also many opportunities within the company if you know what you want, although most of them require you to relocate.

      Cons

      Since it was acquired by CMC, every internal process is burocratic.

      First mover in its industry, best products and people, fair pay, open communication, too talent for company size

      Not sure, it’s now a division of a NYSE industrial company so whether Tensar keeps its culture is not yet known.
