      Pros

      I have worked with Jared Cross throughout the 2021 calendar year to secure a Product Management role, and the best way to sum up my experience is professional and personal. It took some time to find the right position, which highlights Jared's focus on not trying to placements based on current openings, but rather taking the time to assess an accurate fit from a skillset, career path, and (most important for me) a company culture standpoint. I find Jared's approach refreshing and honest; traits that not only a healthy working relationship is built on but also a lasting friendship.

      Cons

      None at the moment, and I do not anticipate any either.

      Pros

      I met Jared Cross in 2019, he initially reached out to me offering his assistance to find me a position. At first, I thought he was employing for his company (Tential) but then I realized he would be looking for positions for me. Our first conversation was very straightforward. He got to know me, my skills and my interests. Ever since then, he's always been constantly checking up on me, reaching out to me about offers. But he's not a typical recruiter (in fact, I wouldn't even call Jared a recruiter), he understands his contacts and finds the best position and company for them -- just as he did for me. After 1.5 years of knowing him, he was finally able to place me at a company in a position with responsibilities I've always been interested in doing and I couldn't be happier.

      Absolutely none. So far, so good.

      Pros

      Tential is different from other IT contracting companies. They are the people who values your goals and ambitions and tries to match you up with the right people/company and also helps you in every way possible.

      Cons

      No referral bonus arrangements, hoping to see that in the near future.
