      Long work hours of work, which is the industry standard. Other than that, none.

      I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Tential and Jared Cross. He takes the time to understand you and your wants in a career and uses that information to find the perfect placements. From the very beginning there was complete transparency in what was involved in the position and the hiring process. I highly recommend working with this company.
