I’m contracting through Tential to work at a big company that also hires lots of contractors through other staffing firm. Tential is a lot different from other contracting companies. My OPT, H1B petition were all taken care carefully and responsively. Whenever I wrote an email or contact my recruiter about any questions that I had, I received quick response from the right person in the company such as operation staff or immigration specialist. Tential takes good care of their employees, not just simply deeming them as a sellable resource. Their online portal for employee benefits, paycheck and tax documents is very convenient! They also held events like workshops for people with similar experience to network and extend industry knowledge. Overall I enjoy my experience working at Tential!

I had an amazing experience but that's all thanks to Kelly Littlejohn. Not only does she have an amazing personality but she also cares about the people she places. Kelly would check in on me every week and remember the little things about my life. Her personal touch on the way she does her day to day it just amazing. I said last year she was going to be going places and she did. I don't think she has stopped yet. You guys are very lucky to have her!
