Everything. During my interview we set up my schedule. She made a note for herself and one for me. When I came in for my shift she suddenly changed it without telling me to hours I couldn’t do. And she tried gaslighting me about the whole schedule fiasco. My trainer didn’t have a clue what she was doing. I don’t think she said 20 words to me. The manager had to tell her that she gets paid more for training and that’s the incentive for training is more pay. And she still didn’t teach me anything. All the trainer cared about was playing on her phone and unbraiding her hair. If I tried to ask a question I would either get a nod in response or “I don’t know ask her.” The manager never gave me a direct answer about pay. “Oh it depends on what services you do and the kind of work you do.” “Everyone makes different I don’t know what you’ll make.”
