Lots of work and hours are available.

Cons

Nowhere close to paying what you're worth if you're an experienced detailer. There will always be a knife with your name on it. Paychecks biweekly are mysteriously short and no one higher in the ranks will investigate it so it can be fixed. And peacework is no way to make a living. Period. I've seen some of the best detailers leave because of this very reason after holding on for this company.
