There is no pros. My first day working here as a car washer I left. There's so many places where you can receive better.

Cons

-Lacks Quality of Crafty Work(Does not wash cars correctly) -Uses brushes and dirty towels on customer's cars -Terrible management at Teph Seal Mercedes in Union City. Constant fighting and bickering. - Not paid as an hourly, won't recieve tips, -No Flat Rate -You get a low commission for piecework -Its difficult to make money here -Hand Wash and detail your car at home instead of letting TephSeal do it. Customers will never see them working since they are in the back of the dealership. -Bosses stealing cars off hard working employees.
