None at all. You'd be better off working at McDonald's you'll get paid more smh. There pay structure makes no sense.

Cons

Paid by cars you clean not by hourly. Management are stuck up people who don't really care about you. More work then what your paid. If I were you just say no if you get offered to work for them.

Company owned by Narcissist who will lie to your face..Certain regional guys make all the $$ and everyone is well underpaid..The car cleaning staff ( appx 1500 people) ..are severly underpaid, overworked, have little to no Company support and old run down equiptment to work with...The promises made to new car dealers cannot be upkept with short staff that is underpaid and have no incentive ..Very disappointing experience coming in for me in an upper Mgmt role..actually it was literally embarrassing....They talk a good game upfront..but that goes away very fast...Don't walk away from Tephseal..run!!!!
