Pros

The people and culture is what makes Teradata a very good organization. The global exposure and experience that you get is phenomenal. A very comfortable place to work at.

Cons

As a part of Teradata Delivery organization, a con is that you get to work only on Teradata Technology. However, there are opportunities to learn cloud so this makes it not that big of a con. If we start delivering services outside Teradata products then it will be great. But then again, we do Teradata at Teradata ;)
