      Great Professional Services Experience

      Pros

      Working with top notch technology and coworkers. Much more age and gender diverse workforce than many tech companies.

      Cons

      The only downside is the amount of travel that goes with consulting, but this is part of the job description and not anything Teradata can do anything about. We have to go where the clients are.

      - Great Technology - Good direction of the future - Good customers - Best name in the market for Analytics and DWH

      Cons

      - Old style management - Some managers of the UK PS Organization are terrible. - The company is as good as your manager, as HR is virtually non-existant - Undecided on whether to follow the market for Big Data, or have an independent strategy. - Virtual employees make it difficult for any team building exercises. - Poor perks compared to other multinationals

      Teradata GCC - Not employee friendly - Becoming staffing company

      Brand name. Lots of Trainings. Bench period is high. This brand helps to get excellent job in the market.

      Cons

      Bad management No onsite opportunities Staffing assignments that force you to work as contractor/labor No adherence to commitment and policies At present company is having hard time to get new projects.
