      Scope to learn on own. Some really good training and study material on Teradata university. Good datawarehousing projects. Good hikes.

      Cons

      Not for one who are willing to build a career on management side. Management positions are saturated.

      Pros

      The company has strong work ethics and cross team cohesion. Lots of brilliant people to work with and for. A breadth of technologies to gets your hands dirty with!

      Cons

      Pay structures and growth opportunities are some of the things that could be considered as a big downer. Need more visionaries and acceptability of new ideas into the mix.
