      Pros

      - Free coffee and soda - Nice campus with walking path - Generally relaxed atmosphere - "Unlimited" sick time (it's complicated) - 401k matching and stock purchase plan are offered

      Cons

      - The company operates like a bunch of "separate fiefdoms". - Teams do not collaborate with each other. - The company runs on Excel and Oracle solutions internally - "islands of information" is an understatement. - IT controls the tools and is completely out of touch with current technology. - Promotions are non-existent. - Ambition is not recognized.

      Very smart people there, always evolving, lots of whitespace to work in

      Cons

      IT dept one of the worst I've ever experienced! Their entire group in Miamisburg is out of the 70s, using out-dated technology and completely failing at their job. Their IT dept throws away millions in buying solutions which end up not working and that costs bonuses for the rest of us. Company lacks any real direction anymore. Addicted to high margin hardware sales. Ignorant of the cloud. Unable to accurately sell their product. Anti-open source mentality.

      Pros

      Excellent pay and benefits. Good environment for employees to grow in their career. Global company provides global experience and exposure. Locations across the US not just Dayton, Ohio.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any true cons of working for the company. Some locations have company perks (fitness center, etc.) that other locations are not able to have due to space.
