      Pros

      Large virtual workforce, great benefits, amazing technology make us the industry leader, leads to greater company growth. Teradata Cares is a great program for giving back to the community.

      Cons

      Company can sometimes be cautious in adopting new technologies for the associates. Virtual workforce means you often never meat the people you work with. Career advancement can sometimes seem to be difficult to navigate without a mentor.

      Teradata is a very good place to learn technology. There is no limit to learn here.

      Pros

      Salary is good for experienced people. Best part is the variable component is 10% and you get the complete variable component. If you want to learn technology, there is ample amount of scope to learn here. You get good amount as conveyance and shift allowance if you work in shifts. There are additional benefits like Internet bill reimbursement, working from home, good amount of health/life insurance, for certain job levels, you get tax benefit for your car fuel and driver's salary.

      Cons

      For some of the departments, you need to work in shifts. Some of the shifts are very pathetic. Nothing much apart from work, i.e. very less recreational activities. If you are highly experience but not/less experienced in Teradata, you will be treated almost as a fresher. You will get a horizontal growth (in terms of learning), but vertical (in terms of roles) growth is limited.
