      Global company with thousands of clients worlwide Leading data warehouse company with vast knowledge base Offers great career opportunity in Western Europe

      Cons

      Cope with difficulties to win new accounts in CEE region. Focus strongly on technology and less on user support and consultancy. Mentoring within company basically doesn't exist No clear job description Easily can find yourself buried at the same client for a longtime

      - Excellent colleagues. - Good online training Excellent commercial exposure and experience.

      Cons

      - Terrible managers with very poor people skills. - Very hierarchical. - Extremely ineffective and inefficient internal processes. - Lack of understanding on the importance of good relationships with employees and customers. - Poor understanding of customers' needs and lack of vision to grow the account.
