Good work life balance. You can work from home if required. max 8 hrs of working hrs. Staff and peers are great to work with.

Cons

Management lacks zeal to increase business in consulting, fails to motivate employee. Lazy management, incompetent team leads (guess only number of years of exp is the only criteria for promotions)

Eveyone I work with is smart, open and collaborative. There's always an openness to new ideas and a willingness to try new things. Very refreshing in comparison with the defensiveness and political agendas found in so many other companies.

Cons

Seriously behind the times in the Human Capital management arena. Not proactive in employment branding, talent engagement or workforce planning. Seriously understaffed in HR support functions to the detriment of the organization.

Teradata University accessibility, so good option to do self study and gain knowledge about technology

Cons

Flat organisation so no professional growth is next to impossible, body shopping kind of setup by parent organisation, Resource Mismanagement, talent grooming is very poor,micro management by managers,management is not transparent.
