Cubicles aren't even cubes anymore...very small spaces but at least the management shares the same type of space, so it is democratic in that sense.

high "dynamics"'= chaos, no rules, bad discipline, bad work atmosphere, professional jealousy, law level of local staff education and work ethics, generally - low quality both workplace and company environment, high technical competences versus extremely low management competences and PM knowledge, difficult national culture, high individualistic culture, misbehavior at work place, large gap between expatriates and locals, extremely high people turnover rates, Not an employer of choice.
