      Great Technology; Great People; finally getting out of its own way

      Pros

      Has a great, stated strategy, which brings great technology, delivered through terrific and committed people. Still highly relevant after 40 years of history Virtual office life is great for the right roles and the right personality Very good opportunity to make an impact if you take things seriously and are committed. Finally overcoming years of undervaluing its employees by not investing in modern tools to help them. The company has done a LOT to fix this in a short time. Ability to get a lot of variety, see a lot of different customers.

      Cons

      Working in the field (consulting, sales, etc) can be difficult if you are not an aggressive learner, willing to search and self-serve for where / how to do things. For younger associates, especially in the first 6-12 months it can take a while to build a network.

      Wonderful company to work for!

      Pros

      Employee-focused. Compensation and benefits are good. PTO allows more time off than most companies as long as (a) you get your job done and (b) your manager approves. Relaxed environment - open spaces, onsite employee events (live music, food, drinks), minimum dress code. Executive and C-level leadership listens to employees, shows strategic vision and walks their talk.

      Cons

      Work-life is hard to balance. It is a global company so often have meetings at off-hours. Often have 10+ hour days, but this is offset by the PTO policy of take time when you need it.

      *Excellent basic compensation *Flexi time *Worklife balance :)

      Cons

      *No define process yet but I think management are taking care of it. Still a good company to be with :)
