      A lot of free time Good salary

      Cons

      Every changing strategy (drops everything halfway for a new one) No clear career path Bad bonus schemes (those who left are now being asked to give back bonuses) No direction (you get hired and you'll spend a lot of time on the 'bench')

      We regret you had a negative experience at Teradata. An individual’s career path can develop and progress based on performance and personal goals. Employees have the opportunity to set their goals in Workday and discuss them with their manager. The change in the incentive bonus payment resulted in some overpayments to employees – which were the payments requested in accordance to the pro-rated amount. During project roll off’s, employees who don’t have direct involvement can develop themselves further by assisting in internal projects or attending Teradata University courses online.       Pros

      I have been working at Teradata for around 2 years. It is very good organization with great vision. I have had opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies ( i.e. cloud, kubernetes, docker, ML , deep learning etc.) We get good flexibility to deliver quality projects. There is not micro-management kind of culture which really boosts motivation and self-pro-activeness. We keep constant motivation and guidance from Management and senior colleagues in team. We have had number of extracurricular activities which help in establishing good bond among teams. Pay & hike is quite decent here.

      Not much as I have seen and organization is improving and getting better every day!
