      Amazingly Flexible-- Terribly Boring

      Pros

      Everyone works remotely, so the work is incredibly flexible! You work what ever hours you need, and this enables total flexibility for personal life management. It's incredible how flexible the environment is. People are generally nice-- and have very long tenures. People are very loyal to the company.

      Cons

      Work is boring, people are committed to mediocre quality. Lots of time spent doing work that yields little or no benefit. I feel like I spend a lot of time doing busy work that means very little. Organization is also 100% sales driven, which limits its ability to be strategic or long range.

      Pros

      Many people are very smart, helpful, have good ideas, and good intentions.

      Cons

      TD management does not understand the basics of the business, so they can't evaluate their employees. They don't trust the employees, don't show respect, treat people like children, scold for the slightest infraction of their myriad policies. They call us "associates", but there is no profit sharing. Leadership can't communicate effectively the goals, strategies, or upcoming events. There is very poor organization, poor morale, and no room to be creative. There are a lot of open reqs because so many people are leaving, even in this economy which is the worst since 1930's!

      Grind you to dust work mentality Senior Management still thinks like NCR in the 80's Confused Product management plan sponsors competitors over internal solutions Compensation lags the industry severely even though management tries to suggest it is in line Moral is sinking extremely fast in many areas Product Quality is no longer a top priority, stock price rules the day every day
