      Good pay compared to other service based companies Good opportunities with new projects

      Cons

      No significant cons, but - Management is a bit of careless of late in finding out employee's interests Might see problems if its latest product doesn't work out as companies are moving on to cloud due to its price advantage over teradata Difficult to get work on different technology than what you are hired for
