      Company gives you great work life balance Lots of learnings in cloud and analytics area Great culture and great people Start-up and enterprise feel depends on project Highest job security

      Cons

      Big Wall between GDC and R&D Internal management politics CEO is not stable and changing constantly No direction and proper plans Senior and management people are not ready to adapt latest technologies and not believe in others feedback

      A place to go for without having double thought

      Pros

      Colleagues are very friendly. Work life balance is there. Many activities are scheduled on Friday (once in a month or two) for refreshment

      Cons

      There are few projects who are 24*7 so need to provide support on weekends as well but that is just cons else everything is superb
