Still some talented tech people staying here.

Bad culture, too much politics, incompetent senior management.

Benefits - nice new campus, gym, coffee bar, stand up desks

Cons

Lots of politics, 40 year okd tech company struggling to become a 'cloud' company. Lots of leadership transition and downstream impacts of those changes.
