Old company embracing the future

Pros

Teradata has been around since the 70s. It's an old company but they are actively embracing the future with offering cloud based services and adapting to newer technologies. There's a lot of room to grow here and management is open to new ideas. They are very remote friendly.

Cons

It's a very big company and there is a lot of disconnectedness between engineering teams. They are working on improving this.
