Company truck and hourly pay

Cons

Stay away from pest control. The money is not worth the micromanaging from managers. They slave you and try to puppet work you off the clock.

Pros

Great benefits, company vehicle with gas card, Company Phone, working independently majority of the time, everyday is a different experience, work every other saturday and the manager/supervisor is very reliable

Cons

Having to deal with anal customers, miss communication with the salesman and the technicians, under paid, and working in the elements
