Money is great during the summer months Can make your own schedule, somewhat Good benefits

Cons

Money is not good in the winter. At least where I am. Sales are practically non existent With making your own schedule, comes a lot of stress. Sometimes it works out you can go home at 4 and you still had a very productive day. But more often than not, especially during peak times, you’ll work through lunch and often well past 5 most days.

Terrible training & safety

None other than working independently if that's your thing.

Cons

Poor management, greedy, and does not care about your safety. They will push you into unsafe situations just to hit their metrics even when you tell them uou do not feel safe. Poor training and no ride alongs from managers. They had me remove my 1st Hornets nest with no training or assistance. That's only one of many instances that happened in the 1 year I was there. Work for Orkin, better training and safety procedures.
