      Sad, conditional salary is terrible

      Pros

      Company vehicle. Saves time and wear and tear in your own vehicle.

      Cons

      Too many to say. This is the back bone of the company, you would figure they would respect and treat you better. If management isn’t good, they may make your job difficult. The conditional salary is too lopsided. Metrics should not determine your pay.
