Mad myself in Terminix a lot of money. Millions!!!! Treated like pure crap my entire time at Terminix.

Cons

Micromanaging for no reason at all. They don’t appreciate employees. Treat the ones that work hard in do their job like crap.

The culture was okay. I liked most of the people I worked with.

Cons

Long hours. Difficult to work there and be 100% honest. The lead generation strategy for sales made no sense.

Pros

Remote work, but hardly a pro with the expectations they have for you, and the customers you deal with due to their unorganized chaos of a business. Decent healthcare benefits.

Cons

Do not make reasonable accommodations for disabilities (which classifies if you’re breast feeding) Hard to move up There is no effective way of communication between workers and their supervisors, especially if there is a problem Training doesn’t nearly prepare you for what you’re about to walk into Technicians are overworked and overscheduled, so be prepared for nasty customers calling 99% of the time. Technology is from the 80’s, so better be good with function keys. Bathroom breaks count against you, and your breaks are scheduled for you. No vacation time for the first year you’re there.
