Pay is reasonable if you follow training guidelines and make an effort
Cons
Huge miscommunication between field and call center. Leads to frustration for both parties and the customer. Job is very metric driven and failure to perform will result in poor pay. Customers are awful and entitled and make requests for services and have expectations that are unrealistic.
