Company car, great management support. Management works as hard as you do. They have a interest in you making money, as they get paid on how much you sell.

Cons

Commission structure often changes. Termite is very hard to sell, as Terminix charges a premium. Very, very long hours. I really mean that, and there is no way around it. Sun up to sun down.
