Everything else. Literally everything else. Best if they hired orphans like the pony express. As you’ll need to work 10-12hrs Monday-Saturdays. Make sure they provide you with 3 to 5 years of sales in the territory you’re assigned to you as it’s a clear indication of how you might survive. I’d just suggest doing your homework on all review sites like indeed or typing in Terminix OSP on YouTube. After I left attempting to feed my family I read the reviews….. IT WAS ALL TRUE. Management are less than transparent. If you’ve ever watched the movie “The Boiler Room” this is the pest control version of a penny stock firm. Once again believe no one. Ask for recommendations from prior OSP’s and technicians not ones currently employed. After more research I realized that this culture is systemic throughout all of Terminix not including California as they’re force to pay salaries
