Great company with advancement opportunities

Pros

The company values there front line employees. You are able to work outside and on your own during the day. The hours are long during the summer but your hours are shorter during the winter. Plenty of opportunity to make additional money if you need to and if you want to move into management most of the management positions are filled from within the company

Dealing with customers can sometimes be demanding and you will have some long work days during the summer
