The Best Part Of Working Here is the freedom. No one is on your daily route managing you. If you can sell, there is potential to make some money.

Cons

The constant reconstruction of pay plans towards the company benefit not the employees. The constant change period. The willingness to move some commission sales to call centers, taking money and ability to make money out of their field sales people. The fact field sales agents do not get paid vacations but work all year for vacation
