Lack of integrity and unethical practices by branch management and service team. The expectation at this branch is that you sacrifice your life for them in hopes of a large paycheck at month end. The problem is that the service team is very undertrained and under-managed which leads to a lot of lost jobs which in return means lost income to a salesman as they are not paid until the job is complete. Managements response is a joke as they just expect to add additional work load onto salesmen instead of ensuring that the service team is trained and behaving ethically.
