Freedom to work within a narrow and challenging environment, and the constant ability to problem solve. Having the praise of those customers whose problems you did solve.

Cons

Lots of problems to solve, not enough time to solve them. Confined by not only state, federal and county regulations, but also by company policies, which change all too often.
