Terminix has the worst upper management than any company I have every worked at before. I have never worked for someone that was so disrespected and disliked as this man. If he would allow managers to actually do what they were hired to do, then maybe moral would improve, and people would actually look forward to going to work everyday. Getting away from the "brick and mortar footprint", as Tom calls it, was business suicide. If you are considering employement with Terminix, before you do apply I ask that you simply try to call the local office and speak with someone. After you try that for about 10 mins, think about how the customers feel. Terminix is a burning ship. Run.

Corporate picks and chooses what feedback they want to hear from the field. Pest tech pay is weighted heavily on customer retention, but there are no allowances made for circumstances outside the tech's control (customers moving, death, etc.)
