Cons

Horrible management. Horrible benefits. Feel like a complete slave working at this job. Only a few people working here so be prepared to be overworked

Benefits are good set hours for admin the pay is decent

Cons

they do not care about there emplyees some of the branch managers and svc managers are rudeeeeeee and will push a customer to the side for the next person to handle the call center will set up any kind of service just to make a buck the computer system and handhelds go out at least once a week csr and admin get treated like nobodies
